    Doodle Print is a unique service that transforms your child's drawings into beautifully printed or digital keepsakes. We specialize in digitizing, organizing, and preserving kids’ artwork in custom books, prints, and other personalized products.
  • How do I send my child’s drawings?
    You can mail the physical drawings to us for high-quality digitization. We recommend sending them in a flat, protective envelope to avoid damage. Detailed instructions will be provided after you place your order.
  • What happens to the original drawings after digitization?
    Once your child’s artwork has been scanned and transformed into a product, we responsibly dispose of the originals through eco-friendly recycling methods. If you’d like them returned, please select the Return Originals option at checkout (additional shipping fees may apply).
  • How long does the process take?
    The typical processing time is: Digital Book: 5-7 business days Printed Products: 10-14 business days + shipping time Rush options may be available upon request.
  • What formats are available for digital books?
    Our digital books are delivered in high-resolution PDF format, suitable for printing or sharing.
  • Can I choose the order of the drawings in the book?
    Yes! You can provide specific instructions on the order of the images, or we can arrange them for you in a visually appealing layout.
  • What if my child’s drawings are on different paper sizes?
    No problem! We can adjust and align different paper sizes to fit seamlessly into the final product.
  • Do you edit the drawings before printing?
    We lightly enhance images to ensure the best quality (adjusting brightness, contrast, and minor imperfections). However, we do not alter the artwork itself to preserve its authenticity.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay.
  • What is your return policy?
    Since our products are personalized, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    At the moment, we primarily serve customers in the area of Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. If you're located elsewhere, please reach out, and we'll explore available options.
  • Can I order multiple copies of the same book?
    Yes! Additional copies of a printed book come at a discounted price. Just let us know at checkout.
